40 pieces of confetti individually gilded in 24ct gold were scattered along the pathway of Holy Trinity Parish Church gardens, Sutton Coldfield, from the balcony to the street, before an Atlantic storm brought unseasonably strong winds, distributing the confetti further into the grounds and the gravestones, the car park and the street.
